Here's a reply from a helpful Delmarva Chapter POCI member:
"The alternator and power steering pump both mount on the driver side of the engine. The pulley that has the smallest diameter goes on the crankshaft with the opening facing the harmonic balancer. The double pulley goes on the crankshaft with the recessed opening facing the radiator, the plate in the picture that is above the water pump pulley mounts inside the double pulley on the crankshaft and the thin plate mounts inside that plate. the a/c compresser runs off the crankshaft pulley that is next to the harmonic balancer, the alternator runs on the middle crankshaft pulley and the water pump pulley that is next to the water pump and the power steering pump runs on the outside pulleys of the crankshaft and water pump.
I hope this helps if you have any other questions I will try to help with them."
