'65 2+2 convertible at Mecum Harrisburg 7 Years, 9 Months ago
High bid of $50K, no sale on Saturday 7-23-16. I can't find a record of this car anywhere - current or former 2+2 Registry included. Incorrectly advertised as matching numbers, but the block code is YH - a 4BBL automatic engine. Car has incorrect '66 Tri-Power set up now and a 4-speed manual. Anyone know this car?

I watched this one pretty close because it was a lot like mine but after seeing that it had a lot of changes I felt that 50k was a very fair price! Reserve I heard was 75k on the car thats why they did not spend a lot of time on it Thats a lot of yellow on a big car!!! Fred

The seller of this car advised that it was originally equipped with an automatic trans, which explains the YH code engine (but doesn't jive with the "numbers matching" description).
