2+2 catalina horn 5 Years, 6 Months ago  
Horn doesn't work. checked relay its good. can make the horn work at the relay to the battery. will not work by pressing the steering wheel inside. pulled the steering wheel it worked a couple of times when I removed it. nothing when I put it back together. would appreciate any help.
