The Pontiac 2+2 Registry and this website were created out of a love for the marque, with the goal of creating a meeting place and source of information for those who share that passion. It's a hobby, not a business, and is being funded by the Webmaster. Many thanks to Don Potter at Garnet Design Group for his generous donation of time and expertise in website development.
I would like to keep this a free site, but would welcome any donations if you choose to lend your support.

Hello all, I've been a fan of Pontiacs all my life. Growing up in Chicago I lived next to Grossinger Pontiac and was able to see the evolution of these great machines through the years. When I was 6 my father bought a 1965 Catalina wagon that I never forgot....I loved that car and in 1971 when he was trading it in on a new wagon I begged him to let me buy it on time (I was 12)...
Through the years I've owned many many muscle cars. And still own some classic converts (not pontiac though). I'm at a point now that I'm looking to purchase a car I've loved for years but never owned.... 1965 2+2. I tried to pull the trigger recently on e bay after selling my trailer queen 1970 dodge Super Bee but missed out. My strategy now is to learn as much as I can about these magical Pontiacs while looking to purchase. I'll be placing a wanted add soon. Thanks for letting me join your site... Best to all, Dave |
